Model is ok, but print preview is missing part of it?

Hi,
I am fairly new to all of this, I am trying to print this:
https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2821635/comments

The Big capacitor version...
My problem is when printing it, S3D creates an empty spot instead of a wall under the honeycomb on the right side...so basically the honeycomb are not touching the ground in anyway...When looking at the model everything is fine, and Cura seems to handle it ok as well. Any idea why it's doing this?

The regular version of the model doesn't do this in S3D, only the big capacitor version...

(Attached is a file showing what I mean)

Thanks!

Re: Model is ok, but print preview is missing part of it?

The stl file has 23 separate meshes in it....which is why S3D cannot slice it correctly.

A simple cure....use the Separate Connected Surfaces option on the Mesh dropdowm menu. Note it may take several seconds to do it's magic!
