My Trinus will not print from micro sd card

I recently purchased a used Trinus and running it via simplify3d the results are stunning

However I am relatively new to Simplify3d and I might be misunderstanding the control panel

If I select print with the micro sd card in my laptop it runs perfectly

However I wish to disconnect my laptop or at least not leaved it switched permanently on

If I put the SD card into the slot in the Trinus mother board and select print from sd card with code ie signet-12.gcode it will not run

replace the name with auto0.g and put it in the motherboard , it does not auto run but when selected via control panel, print from sd card it does run

heres my issue I will eventually have about 800 signet rings , multiple shapes and multiple finger sizes .

I do not have the lcd screen, and it seems they are no longer available , can anyone advise me on a workaround please
