Hi,
I know there are enough errors mentioned for First layer and others, but I believe this wasn't describted .
I have print an object, drawn with ViaCAD as an solid bloc which is hollowed with the CAD-programs tools, so that the walls and bottom have 3 mm width.
To avoid Infill I have set the extrusion width to 0.50 mm, so they add inside and outside up to 3,0 mm without gaps.
Using 4.01 those settings generated full massiv walls, there is no gap between inside and outside but not with Version 4.1 .
4.1 create two walls, an inside and an outside wall which are totally separated and have no adheasion together. A paper sheet can be penetrated into the gap. Therefore I'm very sure it is not underextrusion. The top is open while I have set 6 toplayers.
It don't needs to say that the backside of this object is horrible to see. 180% FirstLayerWidth are not able to create a fine surface.
