On Dec. 4 I got an update from Microsoft (27 november 2018: KB4467682 (OS-build 17134.441)). Since then I can not use my Simplify3D software anymore. When I click on the icon to start the program the login screen is popping up. After putting in name and password I click "login". After a few seconds a message pops-up:My internet connection is working fine. I did made a re-install a few times, installed an older version of the software, installed the newest version 4.1.1 of the software. Same result; Connection failed.
I deleted the license from the Simplify website and made a re-install of the software. Same result; Connection failed.
I paused the Anti-virus software (Kaspersky) and tried again and again, no result.
What could be wrong? What possible options are left?
