Simplify3D User Forum

I am having a problem with adding manual supports. I usually generate auto supports, then in places where Simplify3D for some reason always skips or I know I need more support, I add manual supports. The supports are all showing on the screen. Exactly as I want them. When I click on preview mode, some of my manual supports are either completely gone, or only showing going up about a short distance and stopping. They are not going all the way up to where it shows in the design screen. All the other supports are going up all the way, but only some of them are stopping for no reason. I have never had this happen until version 4.1 (upgraded tonight to 4.1.1, but still happening).
