Simplify3d 4.1.1/ 3dlabprint issues

Im working on the PT-17 from 3dlabprint and i am seeing some issues with 4.1.1 On the PT-17 plane top wing part R and L 3 its like a layershift but it only did it to one part so i think its in the slicer sense it did not do it to both parts. they was being printed at same time and i only have the shift happen to one part and not the other?

also the top wing R and L 4, and 5 out of noplace its adding outer line?

this was sliced by 4.1.0 just fine.... the screenshot was using 4.1.1 that blue line that it wants to print is going to be a no go its in thin air and it should not be.
