The program comes straight up and then closes down

I have suddenly got the problem that simplyfi3d shuts down by itself immediately it starts up. The program comes straight up and then closes down.
May it have something to do with having a new printer, Creality CR10S PRO

Please try deleting the savedState.factory file located in the directory specified in the following FAQ entry:
https://www.simplify3d.com/support/faq/#faq-4628
Please let me know if this allows you to use the software again.

No, unfortunately, don't shut down immediately. Also tried to restart the computer, but it didn't change anything
