Blobs and cits

Hi there,

after doing about a trizillion test prints with various settings (temps, retraction length and speed, extra restart distances, coast, wipe), I'm still not able to solve my blobs issue.
Strange thing about this is that on the front of my test object, I'm getting blobs, on the back, I'm getting voids.

Of course I went through the coast and wipe options, which gave me even worse results.
There's a post here in the forum where people had severe blobs issues (where they hadnt issues with another slicer).
Also, the nozzle stops for a split second on perimeter changes which could be the reason for all these issues.

Any help is appreciated, pics can be delivered tomorrow if needed.
