S3D hangs when Preparing to Print

Ever since I installed 4.1.1 and click on Prepare To Print, a little green bar on the bottom right of the screen opens up and just sits there with a message to the left says 'Looking for Overhangs'. I've let it go for an hour and it's still there. I have unistalled it twice now with no luck. I uninstalled it for the 3rd time and reinstalled 4.1.0 and using the same profile this does not happen. Is this a bug in the 4.1.1 version? Here's a screenshot of the green bar.
