Sewing?

Hello everyone,
Who can tell me on what parameter to play, I still can not find despite my different test on the retraction and others. There is always this really horrible seam,
I am with SD 4.1.1 is a Little Monster equip with an ED3V6,
I'm attaching my FFF file,

Im no 3D printing profesional, but this seems to me like under extrusion. There are multiple reasons which can cause a not so steady filament flow. The first thing I would look at is the temperature of the printhead. A higher temperature would melt the filament quicker and thus have a more steady flow.

If it only happened recently with the same filament, you might want to take a look at the extruder (the thing that feeds the filament to the nozzle). The gears might be slipping over the filament. I personally only had that when of the gears was misaligned, but it could also be that the gear has been worn down or the pressure is not good enough.

Is that at the end or beginning of the layer?

If at the start, and if you have been increasing retraction, give decreasing it a try. Also look at your Extra Restart Distance.

That is indeed something the OP should look at, but since the complete print doesnt look good (not just the seam) I think there are multiple issues.

Have you looked into linear advance? It's a new feature in marlin firmware that lets you tune your printer/filament combo to account for over or under-extrusion in sharp corners http://marlinfw.org/docs/features/lin_advance.html
