Ender2: X-Width is shorter

Hello,

i figured out that Creality Ender2 printing smaller than defined in Simplify3D. So i printed the calibration cube and got follow results:

Y = exactly 20
X = 19,3
Z = not tested bcause i only print outlines

Anybody know what i can do to solve this issue and printing the correct x width?

My thoughts are a loose belt.
also...
looking at this machine the e-step should be the same for both x and y. are they?
is the scale on the item at 100% for both X, Y, and Z
