Simplify3D User Forum

Hi,

I have been at this for a few days now and cannot get rid of the layer change zits or blobs.
I am using Simplyfy3d and have tried all sorts of combinations.
has anyone got any suggestions for me?

Have you calibrated your extruder? It appears you might have some over-extrusion going on. What happens if you lower the extrusion multiplier? Something else to try if you just want to address the start-of-line blobs is to specify a negative restart distance.
