help i cannot download a print profile

I have had simplify3d for awhile i have switch using 2 different printers. Now I cant use the config wizard anymore what gives.

What is the type of file you've been trying to use? Some aren't compatible, as far as I know. Have you used this file, or something of the same type, before?

the profile to set up my printer. simplify3d won't download anything

Is there nothing in the list of printers? Are you logged into S3D online?
