3D Printer Shaking while doing walls

Sat Jul 27, 2019 5:20 pm

I am new to 3d printing so please forgive me. I am using a anycubic i3 mega-s 3d printer and and using the normal simplify 3d profile for my printer with no changes to settings. When I try to print a benchy boat is starts to shake when doing the walls of the boat I am concerned that this is not good for the printer or the print and I am wonder if there is a way to stop this from happening please and thank you in advance.

Post a video if you like.....but it won't help resolve the issue.

The "shaking" will be the printer filling in a solid infill between two walls that are close together and the shakes are being caused by the print head changing direction very frequently!

Better to post a Factory file for the print. Then someone can look at the settings and suggest some changes to make to stop the slicer generating an infill pattern that causes changes of direction that are seen as "shaking".

btw. I said a Factory file......not the profile settings. File menu....Save Factory file

Aside from what DK suggested -

Shaking while doing a Benchy is a bit odd.
Is it the original size?
What is the print speed?
What is the printer sitting on?

Do submit the Factory File also.
