Wrong perimeters

Hello all.
My perimeters (3) do not stick one each other. Why?

Notionally, that is likely to be either under extrusion, or too low a temperature. Each will have an effect to stop the filament from flowing outwards sufficiently. Speed could also have an effect, printing too fast will also cause the filament to elongate and not be able to flow outwards. I'd try slowing down and increasing the temperature first. If that doesn't help, than perhaps you have a problem with under extrusion.
