Anycubic i3 Mega End Script Problem

Mon Sep 02, 2019 4:42 am

Hey guys :)
I have a stupid problem with the end script. Everything works great to the point when the print is done. Then the print head just stops in its last position and burns a small hole in my print. That would not be bad that I can easily cut away. However, I do not think it's good that my Hotend is not free and instead cuddles with the material. I've been working with Gcode in the last few days and have written a final script.

G91; relative positioning
M106 S0; Turn off fan
M104 S0; turn off extruder
M140 S0; turn off the bed
M84; disable motors

My Firmware is: V1.4.1RC1/P2 /UI:VO.1

Somehow my printer does nothing but turn off the hotend. As there are certainly enough :ugeek: Gcode wizards :ugeek: hanging around here, I thought one of you could help me find the mistake.

So after Days i figured it out myself.
In case you have the same Problem here are the final End script.

M104 S0 ;extruder heater off
M140 S0 ;heated bed heater off (if you have it)
G91 ;relative positioning
G1 E-1 F300 ;retract the filament a bit before lifting the nozzle
to release some of the pressure
G1 Z+0.5 E-5 X-20 Y-20 F9000 ;move Z up a bit and retract filament even more
G28 X0 Y0 ;move X/Y to min endstops
so the head is out of the way
G1 Y150 F5000 ;move completed part out
M84 ;steppers off
G90 ;absolute positioning
M107 ;Turn off Fan
