Yes, in the past if you made the first layer height less than 100% the extrusion multiplier remained the same but not any more.

Is there a logical reason for this or is this a bug?
If it is, in fact, the latter, this means one should lookout for changes that might invalidate profiles with future updates.
I have to tell you, I own and run real industrial CNC machines and the amateur voodoo that fills the 3D printing world is tough to comprehend sometimes. Particularly with a paid tool like S3D.
