Bad quality printing

Hi,
I have been trying tuning my printer for a new PLA but having so many troubles with simplify slicing. I tested using Cura for the same model and the result was so much better. I tested and tried at least 10 time the same printing looking for solution but it not improves significantly.
Here some photos with the most big problems: layers are pretty irregular from the base, and became a total mess when the voronoi pattern starts, with holes and trembling i couldn't manage to correct. Plus I get a lot of stringing and blobbing which isn't improved even with constant adding of retraction and wiping. Also drastically cooling down the nozzle temperature hasn't helped.
What am I missing? Suggestions?

Re: Bad quality printing

Furthermore,
I have been using a rectilinear infill pattern, with 45 e -45 angles. Only lines from right to left are well extruded, while the other side as gaps and what seems underextrusion... how does this means??
