As shown in the picture, sometimes a small solid zone (Top Solid Layer) need to be put on a sparse infill (10%). Sometimes even if the Top Solid Layers is set to 5, the resulting quality is not as good. My current practice is to print a dense infill layer immediately below the small solid zone, but it turnes out to be very uneconomical when the infill area is large and the solid zone is very small.
