Double layering

Hello,
I just got my first 3D printer - Ender 3 Pro. I wanted to print some cutters, but the problem is that my printer keeps printing the cutters with double layers. In the photos, one cutter i made myself and the second i downloaded, but they both turn out with same mistakes...
