Same Model Differemt Settings

I'm trying to fine tune my left and right nozzle on a Flash Forge Creator Pro Printing in PLA,
I'm printing the same model out, on the right nozzle its taking about 5 hours, and on the left nozzle 7 hours and using more plastic.
I've checked all the settings and both extruder profiles and all setting are the same except the title and the start G-Code which wipes the nozzle on the same side of the bed as the nozzle in use (Right Nozzle Wipe on Right side).
I'm not sure if there are any other setting that I can check.
Has any body found out how to solve or had this problem before.
