Printer not accepting commands?

So I have a Prusa i3 MK3, which I'm trying to calibrate following these instructions:

I opened the Machine Control Panel in S3D, and entered M83. I then set my extruder temp to 200C for PLA. Once it reached 200C, I entered G1 E100 F100 but nothing happened. The printer did not extrude anything. Here was the verbose report:
