internal layer fill rotor question

Hello,

Please see attached image, does anyone know why the slicer is creating one extra layer on one of the sides of the cylinder and not all around? (red arrow).

I'm trying to make a rotor and this is creating an imbalance.

Any ideas how to make the internal cylinder symmetrical?

Also, what are the dots (green arrow)? The start and stop of the layer?

Thanks

Re: internal layer fill rotor question

Thanks!

Your reply prompt me to have a deeper look, found the issue. It turned out that my rotor was 0.002mm off center in reference to other parts. This was making the slicer to add a bit more material in some areas.

Thanks!
