Consistently Issue

I am printing PLA with liquid cooled motors, if that matters. I can print 1 small item perfectly after much dialing in. But when I print a second of the same file right after the perfect print, it fails terribly. Sometimes I can't even get it to extrude correctly for the 1st layers. Other times the first layers are perfect and the failure happens later.
Here are side by side pics of good and fail and also my profile.
Help! I'm at my wits end. I have cleaned and releveled and don't know what I'm missing.
And there is never success printing multiples at the same time. I don't know whats happened to this printer. I used to be able to do all of this!!!
