Simplify is not starting anymore after I installed the latest Windows 10 update.
Are there any updates to simplify planned to address this issue?
This is actually not related to the above issue. The listed faulting module in the report is ntdll.dll. We have had several customers with this issue, and they have all had one of two Dell programs installed, either Dell Backup and Recovery or Dell Support Assist. If you have either of these programs, could you please uninstall them and let me know if it solves your issue?Dero wrote: ↑Tue Jun 09, 2020 11:24 am Similar issue, Win10 did what looks like an Office update yesterday, reboot and S3D gives blue busy pointer, then nothing. Reboot, same. Uninstalled S3D and installed, same. Never get any window up.
