From what I can see this does look good, yes. Maybe there's still some settings to optimize regarding supports to ease cleanup - but on a slope like that it won't probably make that much of a difference.
I used WYZ Clear PLA. He is going to sit on an RGB Header inside a PC Case so hopefully the colors will shine through some Colors should shine through. Clear PLA is not bad at diffusing light somewhat but it often depends on various parameters. Print alignment/direction (facing leds along X/Y or Z), infill patterns and such. If you happen to have some WS2812 leds laying aroung, you're welcome to have a look at my thingiverse profile for possible weekend projects... ;-D
