"Live preview tracking" way ahead of the real print

Thu Jul 02, 2020 8:49 am

Hi, I don't now if this has to do with the model I'm printing, but since a few days (with different models that are similar) I see that my print preview is way ahead of the real print.

I see for example the Z-Height is 15mm on the preview (and a vertical hole of 1cm is completed) and on the real print the first indent of the vertical hole is visible. This means the real printer is almost 9 mm behind the preview.
If I measure it with a caliper I see the same difference.

I don't mind that much, but this also influences the estimated time left. and I'm scared that with my 24 hour print it will eventually skip a few layers or so (if this happens it will happen in the last 30 minutes of course :( ).

Maybe I shouldn't worry about that last part. I just thought its weird, I didn't experience this before.

Is there something in the settings that I can change (or did change without knowing) to get it correct again?
Thanks for your answers
