S3D says printing but nothing

Hello, just purchased this software and already need support.. not happy so far. either way will give this a shot. uploaded a file, switched gcode to standard clicked begin print over usb and it says printing but nothing is actually happening. this is the comm tab. printer is the Davinici Jr 1.0 W, i can enable extruder and jog a bit but not to very top and home seems to jam at bed

just tested again by changing every communication setting there is and although communication is stable and i see a constant
READ: ok T:16 /0 B:20 /0 @:0 B@:0
SENT: M105
the moment i hit Print over USB i see the below and nothing else

SENT: M82
SENT: M106 S0
SENT: M104 S190 T0
SENT: M109 S190 T0
READ: ok
READ: ok

If i manually send these they all work, any ideas?
