After adding supports model starts printing at layer two

Hi, I have a weird problem and can't fix it.

I put the face of my model to the bed using 'Place surface on bed'. If I slice with no supports, everything looks fine, model starts printing at first layer as you would expect.

But as soon as I enable automatic supports, suddenly the support and brim only print at layer one and my model suddenly only starts printing at layer 2 0.3mm in the air and actually on top of the brim??

Clearly I am doing something wrong. My printer is Prusa i3 MK3 and I'm using the in built profile with no modifications except for some temps and support material being turned on. Any ideas?

Thanks

Your images are not showing.....you're best to attach images using the "Attachments" button at the bottom of the posting form. Trying to generate urls tends not to work half the time as you need to be 100% accurate.

And in this case, I'm doubtful that your images will be of help to anyone trying to help. They'll only prove you're not telling porkies!

Can yo load the model you're having issues with in S3D, and set the profile ready to print. Then export a Factory File.....File dropdown==>Save Factory file..... and then attach the resultant file to a post.
