Blobs every where.

Hiya all,

I've noticed throughout printing with ABS that every layer there are loads of blobs.
It's not just on the out side but in every line.
I can't match the blobs up with stop/start points. They get deposited at random making the layers uneven, buit like the moon's surface. There is retract on but unless it's possessed by a demon and is retracting like its on speed, I don't htink it's that.

At the start it produces smooth flat lines.

I will get a photo sorted ASAP but in the mean time, if any one has any ideas please help

I'm running on 230C temp fro the abs

Cheers guys.

You can see the bumps and I don't know why they are appearing so I cant find a solution.

The black/green is the HIPS support, prints just fine.

Thank you.

I'll change my setting for dealing with that. :-)

Yup, looks like it is extruding too much

Re: Blobs every where.

Well with that answered and now solved I've ended up with sections of layer missing.
I've posted some pictures in "mind the gap" post.
Is the settings I've adjusted on the extruder that sensitive?
