Multiple processes not matching

Hi all,

I keep having recurring problem with multiple processes in one object.

Problem 1:
How to determine the correct height to change processes (stop/start height). You have to enter a height in mm. When i calculate the correct height based on the layer where i want to change thing never match. Even the slicer shows a gap between processes.

The suggestion in this topic helped and minimised the problem, but not fully.

I think it is very strange that there is no option to stop/start printing at a layerheight. The slicer can then calculate the correct layer height for the process switch instead of having to guess the correct height.

Problem 2:
The processes don't match.
Process 1 goes to x mm
Process 2 starts at x mm
Process 2 is a copy of process 1, with only the top and bottom layers changed.

This results in process 2 printing about a layer width wider then process 1? (not visible in preview)

Any thoughts are welcome.
