MAKEiT Pro - Printing off platform

So I just downloaded Simplify3D and it doesn't have a profile for my MAKEiT Pro printer, so I am attempting to set everything up manually.

The problem is, it keeps trying to print to the left of the platform. I changed the origin from bottom left to center, and it still prints to the left of the platform.

Any suggestions on how to remedy this?

Re: MAKEiT Pro - Printing off platform

Well all the software does it send coordinates to your printer. The printer then has to move to the correct coordinates.

So you can simulate this pretty easily in the machine control panel. Go to the Jog Controls tab and click Home All to get started. Then start manually entering movement commands (for example, "G1 X10 Y0 F1800" to move to X=10, Y=0). Keep sending commands until you have a pretty good map of what commands correspond to what position on your bed. At that point, it's pretty easy since there's only 1 or 2 settings in S3D you need to adjust. If you post a picture of all the different coordinates marked on an image of your print bed, someone should be able to tell you what to set ;)

Fixed: G-Code X-axis offset.

Thanks for the help!
