You might want to try going to Tools > Firmware Configuration, select the Communication tab and disable the "Communication timeout" option. I've also had people suggest trying hardware flow control, so you can try that as well if it still doesn't work after the first change. Keep in mind that you may have to click the Export button to save the firmware configuration as a new name and then update the G-Code tab of your process settings to use that new firmware config (see this video if you haven't done this before:

Also, the da Vinci firmwares have been notoriously bad at large uploads. There were LOTS of bugs in previous firmware versions that caused problems with this. So also check to make sure you are running the latest firmware available for your printer.
