So I read through 100 posts about this but nothing seems to reflect my issue. Does anyone know a solution to the below issue, its ultra late here and I must go Zzzz so thanks if anyone can help!

Cheers;

Re: Wall/Model parts missing

Would you be able to attach the factory file for this part, please? There's probably a combination of shape errors and thin wall issues, and without seeing the actual data, its hard to diagnose.....

File menu==> Save factory file.

Sorry file is too big. people I got it off printed fine.

I do see a gap in the model near the issue so I might try and patch that up.

Re: Wall/Model parts missing

Fixed the gap in the model, no luck. Seems it just can't print this as parts are too thin or something.

PS. I ran the model through slicer and it too had issues, seems its a bad model, wondering how the guys I got it off printed it?!

I tried to fix it with azure, no luck :(

Re: Wall/Model parts missing

Ok nothing technically wrong with model, however its related to the wall thickness. If I expand the model with horizontal size compensation, it more or less fixes it. I will need to experiment with this as it will make the model too large I think.

Combo of that setting at 0.20mm and scaling down 1% should do the trick.

Re: Wall/Model parts missing

Just like you mentioned it's most likely a wall thickness issue. have you checked and repaired the file? If not, I would suggest you double check it using one of the repair services. I use https://makeprintable.com/ to fix my models.
