I have 12 parts with supports arranged on the gray grid. I select "Prepare to Print" but only 2 are shown in the tool path Preview Mode. And the build time estimate is what you'd expect for only two parts. Sometimes when this error has happened in the past if I reduce the number of parts to print and it successfully creates the preview. Has anyone else had this happen to them? Suggestions? BTW I'm on Ver 2.1.0.

Well first, I would update to the latest version! It sounds like you are using a really old one still..
After doing that, make sure to click the "Select Models" button in the lower left of your process settings. That picks which models are going to be sliced. So make sure you have all models selected in that list.
