[SOLVED] crashing when editing profiles

crashing fairly often, really a lot .. latest example

1. start (loads prev object and settings)
2. delete process
3. click "add" new process
4. click "edit process settings"
it display the process window and crashes

any debug report that I can make that will help out fixing this? (64bit win7, 64bit v4, 64G ram, i7, 1080 nvidia)

I'm in the same boat.
Any time I try to "prepare to print" = program crash.

Well following these steps doesn't cause any problems for me, so there might be more to the story. Maybe it's related to your actual process settings or some other setting. Can you reproduce it every time?

Maybe Win7 specific? I never had crashes so far with Win 10 64 bit.
Maybe there it is an outdated runtime installed or so?

I haven't had S3D v4 crashes on my Win10 box either.

dunno, it's crashing non stop like crazy, very frustrating, all crashes are inside process edit, (editing process, changing profile, updating-saving profile..) .. I think it has issues with v3.1.1 profiles and something there is messing up with everything .. will see if uninstalling 3.1.1 and cleaning up all profiles will help

removing 3.1.1 didn't help

backing up all profiles (one by one) to fff files (that can be read in txt editor) and then resseting the whole program solved the problem ... some profiles it was not able to export at all (crash when tries to export it) .. but most of them were exported ok .. now it works without crashing so it looks like it has to do with some corrupted profiles left from 3.1.1
