G1 X25.651 Y19.73 E0.1992 => Print from the current (X, Y) point to the point X25.651 Y19.73. Extruding material as the move happens from the current extruded length to a length of 0.1992mm
G1 E-0.5 F1800 =>Wire retraction of 0.5 mm (to avoid drooling). Speed 1800 mm/mn
G0 X23.08 Y18.397 F4800 => Rapid move to coordinates X23.08 Y18.39. Speed 4800 mm/mn
G1 0,5 ME F1800 => Compensation of the retraction of 0.5 before moving. Speed 1800 mm/mn
G1 X23.76 Y18.14 E0.0242 F2880 => Print from the current (X, Y) point to the point Y18.14 X23.76, speed 2880 mm/mn. Extruding material as the move happens from the current extruded length to a length of 0.0242mm

Don't know if this is relevant had a similar problem. I rubbed a small amount of light oil on the shafts they appeared very dry. Thinking about what someone had said previously with the reducing the infill speed I was wondering was there a resistance. This fixed the problem for me.

To add a final note to this topic, the issue that is discussed in this thread is consistent layer shifting/leaning that occurs when G92 E0 commands are used in the gcode. This issue has been confirmed to be caused by a firmware bug that is present on machines such as the Leapfrog Creatr.
