Problem connection

I have this problem for a few days, I tried to uninstall and reinstall drivers, change serial port, obviously reboot pc, reinstall S3d but the problem persists.
I'm saying that MakerBook normally connects and that all printing software is closed

Ho questo problema da qualche giorno, ho provato a disinstallare e reinstallare i driver, cambiare porta seriale, ovviamente riavviare il pc, reinstallare S3d ma il problema persiste.
Premetto che con MakerBook si collega normalmente e che tutti i software di stampa sono chiusi
