I am suspecting it is the retina display giving the problem. Can someone confirm that?
The ones not having this issue, do you have a retina display mac?
So let's try to keep this post on top until someone from the support team correct this HUGE bug.
If I am not mistaken 2.0 was not retina compatible, 2.1 is, so the problem was created due to this.
Paying a fair amount of money for a software is not only about getting something better from the open source and free ones, but at least you expect that the ones developing the software test the releases extensively under all platforms.
For me it is totally unacceptable to get a release that is not functional in so basic things like the manual support. This means that no one tested the software in a retina mac. So how is it possible to add support for something that it is not tested at all?
And the release is not even beta, it's an official one. So no excuse there for this bug.
I did email support and they said they are not having a problem with their macs. They said they are the very same setup as well. So idk whats going on. I'm just glad Im not the only one because that would mean it would never get fixed.
Thanks for the application.
I played a little bit with it, and I confirmed that the problem is the retina resolution.
This application what it does is cancel the retina resolution, so what ever resolution you select, (even the default at the time the application opens) and press ok, then the retina resolution is canceled and the manual support is working.
And as far as the support is concerned and your mail, they don't have a retina mac display. And even if they have, it is not activated.
