Massive ooze to Prime Tower

Hello all!

I´m new to this community and have searched but haven´t found anything about my problem.
Maybe there is a topic - so then sorry and thanks for the link.

Problem: Printing on a Bcn3d Sigma with 0.4 nozzle.
Print results are perfect, but the nozzle starts to early when going to print the prime tower so there are massive lines about 2cm to the prime tower,
so that after time this results in big crashes.

Please can someone help me.
