s3d crash with nvidia driver crash

latest few nvidia drivers are pretty unstable in combo with latest firefox, I'm having a "min one per day" crash with 388.71 (always inside ff, weirdly) and every time nvidia drivers crash 2 apps crash if they are running (even if they are minimized and not displaying anything) - viber desktop app and simplify3d ... all other apps recover normally but these 2 always crash. I have not had (since all data purge on 4.0.0), yet, the problem with corrupted profiles reoccurring so it's possible that either the bug with crashing s3d corrupting profiles is fixed or that I was lucky so far... anyhow would be cool to solve the app crash ... I understand driver crashing is a big issue but most apps survive it..

not much data about crash available
