Makerbot Replicator+ heat sap

I have a Makerbot Replicator+. When I try to run a print that was generated with S3D, after about 15 minutes, the print stops and I get a heat sap error. When I print the same print using the makerbot software to generate g-code, There are no heat issues (just crappy prints!). There was a firmware update to the printer a couple months ago, and the issues seem to have started then. Any suggestions?

Can you post a screenshot of the error messages? I'm not sure what "sap" is??

Re: Makerbot Replicator+ heat sap

Sorry it has been so long. Heat sap = a 20degree drop in the extruder. I have been searching for code to input in the gcode for the extruder to report back to the printer more often and have the printer adjust the temp as needed. (I am newer to 3d printing, but I have machining experience with gcode) Any help would be appreciated.
