Error message says all processes should contain at least 1 layer

While I press 'Prepare to Print' button, a error message saying 'Please ensure that all processes contain at least one layer before printing.' comes up.. How can this problem be solved?

By the sound of it, you probably want to check your processes since one of them apparently has no layers of the model to print (perhaps check the start/stop at height settings on the Advanced tab).

Really can't give any other advice unless you attach your factory file
