Does anyone have decent prints on a Replicator 2 yet?

I really want to buy this software but it just doesn't produce the quality prints for me that every other slicer already does. The problem is other slicers are so slow compared to this, the support system on this is excellent. But my prints don't look like the plastic extrudes at a consistent rate. It looks like little beads, as though the extruder was working like an ABS breaking system that taps the break 15 times a second. I was told to print calibration pieces, a pyramid. But I lost interest because this just isn't working. I printed them, they look like crap for the most part. I'm running out of time on the eval and so far, forget it. I'd like to pay for it, but I'm not paying for something that doesn't work for me. Since I got this eval, makerbot released a new version of makerware that slices in high quality faster and has much better supports than their previous versions.

I don't understand why other slicers produce a tool path that seems to be "better" for the machine because it doesn't sound like it's tearing itself apart like it does when I slice with this software. (It is especially noticeable when the extruder has to move in a circular pattern). This slicer claims it will print the same prints MUCH faster than the others but I'm afraid I will destroy the machine if I let it print.

Has anyone gotten this software to print anything on a makerbot replicator 2? If So, were you able to make objects that were more complex than a cube or a pyramid? I am printing organic type models like characters with the printer and am already able to successfully do so with the other slicers, but not this one. Does anyone have any example pics of an object? Everything I've printed from this so far looks like crap because of the beading effect that is caused by the intermittent extrusion that seems like the ABS break system.

I've been getting amazing prints with the software on my Replicator 2, but to be fair, I am using a pre-release version of 1.1.4 that I was sent :D

I'll try to post some pictures this afternoon, but I might suggest emailing their technical support and asking for a beta version of the next release since that's not showing any of the problems you mentioned on my Rep 2.

So I tried several times this weekend, but this damn clear PLA is pretty much impossible to get a good photograph with. It's not the easiest to tell in the picture, but the surface quality is really incredible!
