Feature request: auto-rotate in workspace/platform "arrange"

I'd like to see an auto-rotate capability when I 'arrange" one or more objects on the build platform. I'm working on a back for a microcontroller project, which is 128 mm wide x 80 mm deep x 10 mm tall. In the CAD package (OpenSCAD) it is laid out with the widest dimension along the x axis. Creator 'arranges' (centers only) in that same orientation in the build space in Creator when I go to slice.

Problem is, I haven't done enough prints to get really good at getting objects to stick to the bed without curling. So this part curls up pretty badly. But the heater is laid out lengthwise parallel to the y axis. I suspect that if the part were rotated 90 degrees, so that all its edges are as far from the edges of the build platform as possible, I'd have less trouble with this. (This next weekend, if/when I have time, I'm going to try this in my CAD package and print it, without changing my platform temperature / prep, and see what I get.)

So the request is this: have the "arrange" function set the part(s) to be printed so as to minimize the "variation" of the distance of the outermost edges of the part(s) from the edges of the bed. (I think you want to achieve the minimum standard deviation of the distance from the parts to the platform edge, mathematically... I'm not THAT good at statistics, though!)

The effect would be that, for the part I'm working on, 'arrange' would rotate 90 degrees so the long edge of the part is parallel to the long edge of the build platform (in addition to centering on the platform, which it does fine now). For multiple parts, it would arrange so the parts have the "most consistent" distance from the edges of the build platform.

Did I make that clear enough?
Dale
