Cut model to print only a section

I have a model where I want a round magnet to to have a nice press fit into the PLA. Instead of printing the whole model, I'd like to just print part of it so I can test the fit. I'd like to define a plane that would cut the model and let me choose to print just part of the model. Does Simplify3D have the ability to let me do this? If not, what would you recommend?

All I know of is sinking part of the model under the build plane, or, adjusting the Stop Printing At value.
