Is it possible to get orthogonal view in preview window ?

No.
Its a function you're more likely to see in a 3D design package....not a 3D printer slicing and print package.
If you use SketchUp, I believe there's a plug-in that you can get that will generate orthogonal views for you. You'll have to Google it to find where you can get it.
