hiya,

I was wondering if it was worth to have in addition to the general, feature and trouble shooting groups to have an Equipment specific one.

subdivided into a list of printers so that people can list their issues and solutions within their respective printers. You could then end up with SME's for the releaive machines etc...

just an idea
