Dual Extruder Temp

Hello,

since I am using a dual extruder Creatr HS I would like to have the option in the machine control panel of displaying and controlling the extruder temperature of both extruders at the same time, without have to switch the active toolhead.

Especially when I want to heat up both extruders for preparing the print and I am using different materials with different temepratures it could come in handy to be able to view and control them both at once.

If it supported by you hardware - see for Sailfish 7.7
It contains feature: "ditto print" which allow work both extruders with single extruder code.
1) enable feature in printer menu
2) use code for left or right extruder
3) second extruder will work in syncronized mode without special code from PC.
4) have 2 models over single creation time
