A feature I would like to see, and I believe is essential to the smooth, continued operation of the software is to have an immediate way to recover lost product codes. Most sites have a 'my account' option which would provide the software purchased, the amount of the software and the product key assigned to the product. This would give us a way to logon to the site and get the product code that we are in need of immediately. Thus, we would not have to wait until someone decides that he/she, will sent this information to us. For some reason, the program that I have been using since March of this year, will not run until I enter the product code to activate the product. How it dropped out, I have no way of knowing, but I need to have my printer running now, not later. Please make this information available on the site for us to retrieve when we need it.

I already know that. I have been waiting for over 3 hours to get my product code. This should not happen. That is why a request like this should be addressed. I now can not use my printer, this could be easily solved by having a spot on the website to get the codes for paid software. That is why I have made this a feature request.

Version 3.0 implemented a new online account so that you don't have to try to remember your product codes all the time. You just enter your username and password to access the software. The website also now includes all the standard options like "forgot my username" and "forgot my password" in case you ever need to recover this information.
